One clean phone column is best. Header can be phone.

  • Best format: +1 followed by 10 digits
  • We also try to clean common U.S. formats automatically
  • Duplicate numbers are removed before pricing
  • Only valid U.S. numbers are counted

Excel saving instructions

  1. Put your phone numbers in one column.
  2. Name the top cell phone.
  3. Click File > Save As.
  4. Choose CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) if available.
  5. Save the file, then upload it here.

Google Sheets saving instructions

  1. Put your phone numbers in one column.
  2. Name the top cell phone.
  3. Click File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.csv).
  4. Save the downloaded file.
  5. Upload that CSV here.

Recommended tips

  • Keep your message short and clear.
  • Add an image for listings, flyers, or promotions.
  • Test on a small list first if this is your first campaign.
  • Only text people who have consented to receive messages.
